Ella Grand Senior Apartments

First of all, let’s start off with the positive items about this place, which is not that many: Number oneThe residents are friendly & most of them show up to Support events that are planned by other residence. Second, my apartment is great. I have no complaints there. Now the negatives about Ella Grand is lengthy But here we go: we have two elevators number one, which is by the office and number two is on the other side, keep in mind The building is U-shaped. The elevator on the further side of the building, which is number two elevator has been down for over four months February 5 will be five months, we were (residents) told by management that a part had been ordered And that’s why it was taking so long for repairs on the elevator, This of course, was not true. Management are stubborn and not responsive to resident needs. They just do what suits them. The elevator has been down for four months now. This is a 4 story building for 55+ residents. That makes the elevator very essential. They keep saying that they are working on it... oh yeah ?.. right, 4 months ??. You tell me if you believe that. :-/

Nice apartment inside. Quick maintenance responding. But... disappointed for 55+ facility is one elevator is out of service from September 2025. Long walks to the second elevator. If you have any health conditions that facility is not good to call home.

I am not the only person who has asked for a railing in the mail box area, where there is a very steep step-down from the mail box area to the sidewalk/driveway below. It would be ideal, & safer, to have a railing or grab-bar on EACH side, but at least one railing or grab bar is mandatory. Several other people have told me how unsafe this is, and that they have also asked for this safety measure. I don't understand why this has not been done, b/c it is not an expensive item, nor is it hard to install. Someone is going to fall & get severely hurt. For a property that houses people 55 + this should have been a feature added on Day 1.

I love Ella Grand Seniors apt. Very stylish. I want to live here many more years. Please come and check out Ella Grand. In Memorial City areas are very pretty especially Christmas season with Christmas lights. Very peaceful.
