ELLA Apartments

Update: months later and the problem is still ongoing. It’s like we are in the same unit. Previous: I genuinely use to love this place and have enjoyed living here the majority of the time. As with many areas in Atlanta, you do have to deal with things like occasional car break-ins, but the property does have officers patrolling the lot, which helps. That said, I’m currently unsure if I’ll renew my lease due to one inconsiderate neighbor. They frequently play music at a volume so loud that I can feel the bass in my bed and floor—and can even make out the lyrics. At all hours in the day, morning, afternoon, and at night even past 11:00pm which are supposed to be quiet hours. Any day,too. Weekend, weekday. I understand that apartment living comes with some noise, but this goes far beyond

The location is excellent — it’s very convenient to get on the highway, and the supermarket is just around the corner. However, there are some serious issues that need to be addressed. Unleashed dogs roam freely around the property, which is unsafe and unpleasant. I’ve submitted three maintenance requests regarding the persistent low-frequency vibration noise from the refrigerator, but the maintenance team stubbornly insists it’s just the sound of the ice maker and has done nothing to fix it. On weekends, the north parking lot becomes chaotic, with unfamiliar visitors blasting loud music from their cars during the midnight. The management also seems to tolerate residents smoking marijuana on their balconies. I used to like this place, please keep it UPPPPP.

I personally want to thank Randy Sanders first and foremost for his lovely customer service and hospitality from over the phone as well as during my tour. It was such a pleasure meeting him, Ella is a great complex compared to where I’m moving from and knowing someone like Randy will be in the office makes me even more excited to transition here. These apartments are great but the paper thin walls and hearing everything your neighbors are doing is VERY TRUE I can hear my neighbor snore as if we are laying together! Also It is annoying having maintenance men living in the same building and able to enter your apartments when they want that’s actually VERY WEIRD to me and also it’s understood courtesy officers are patrolling for resident protection but it’s NO reason for an officer (specifically the one in the white tinted out ford) to follow around someone who is CLEARLY A RESIDENT (has a key, entered through resident gate) that’s borderline harassment At Home. Other than the weird scenarios that go on at Ella, Great amenities, pet friendly, great location, and well lit at night

During my visit, the leasing agent on duty acted unprofessionally and made several inappropriate and uncomfortable remarks regarding workforce housing applicants and current residents participating in the program. One comment in particular — stating that “we work hard and they reap the benefits” — was concerning and highly unprofessional. As a prospective renter, I expect a leasing office staffed by knowledgeable, respectful, and impartial professionals. Comments of this nature are inappropriate in any leasing environment and negatively reflect on the property and its management. This interaction alone eliminated my interest in pursuing a lease at this community. I strongly encourage corporate management to address this matter through additional training or reassignment, as no prospectiv
