Elkins Park Gardens

I've been living in this little slice of Heaven for over 36 years. Needless to say, if I've stayed here this long the Management must be doing something right! If there are any problems, there are very few, the maintenance team responds quickly to take care of the issue. The complex grounds are beautiful and we are surrounded by a beautiful park, tennis courts, track, baseball and soccer fields. If you want a place to live that's safe, well maintained, and beautiful Elkins Park Gardens is the place you want to be!

Elkins Park Gardens has been a wonderful place to live for the last three months. We've reported two things (doorbell and AC) to the property manager and the items are fixed the following day. The HVAC (AC) recently went down due to the extreme heat. That day a large portable unit was brought to the apartment and the unit was fixed the following day. Thank you to Danielle (Property Manager) and John (Maintenance Tech). I really appreciate their immediate involvement in all issues!! Very clean property. Recent renovation. No Crime. Beautiful parks (2 of them); restaurants; ice cream shop; farmers market Sundays; SEPTA train station; are all within a block radius. Unresponsive. I had heard that this was a lovely apartment complex and did a walk-by of the grounds a few weeks ago and it looked well-kept and like a nice place to live. I first reached out to them by calling the number on their website a little over three weeks ago and left a message inquiring about their lease term lengths and if/how they are doing apartment showings with the pandemic (virtually vs in-person). After no callback for two days, I called and left another message. A week later, I was advised to email them instead, and so I did, with my same questions, after another four days of no response, I used the contact form on their website to submit my same query (despite the website not having an SSL security certificate, so who knows who may have been able to intercept whatever I s

I lived at this apartment complex for three years and had a very positive experience! The property is well maintained and the management team is very responsive. John (maintenance crew) is extremely friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is also very safe. I would recommend renting here.

No one answers the phones. Called 3 days straight & left voice messages. I’ve also emailed twice.
