Falsely accusing us of things we are not doing and has been going on almost the entirety of living here. Threatened to evict over baseless claims that are proven to not be true. Harassed us to the point of causing severe mental distress to my fiancé over these same claims which we fought and disproved months ago. Will not renew our lease due to these same claims which once again were proven untrue and reported by a mentally unstable neighbor. So what was supposed to be a home is now becoming a temporary waypoint because the management here chooses to believe an insane mental patient neighbor over an actual decent tenant. Lauren in specific does not know what she is doing at all. I have been a property manager and this feels like a scarier version of the twilight zone. Run away and run quic

I moved here from a single-family home over 7 months ago and I enjoy living here. It’s quiet and clean. My neighbors have been respectful, and most people keep to themselves. The staff has been helpful and kind. I have no complaints and would recommend any of my friends to live here.

Elk Run is a pretty decent place to live! Elkton is small but it’s a cute mountain town and has several local restaurants and shops that are worth visiting. It’s also close to lots of outdoor recreation, if that’s your thing. I can’t speak for other buildings but there’s a good feeling of community around mine. I moved here before new owners took over, so it’s hard to comment on the quality of the apartments. The pictures of the new renovated ones look pretty, but I haven’t seen one in person yet. My unit is old and not updated, but I like it anyway. There’s not much for amenities but it is pretty quiet and we haven’t had any issues here!

My daughter and grandson both live at Elk Run Crossing in one of the newly renovated two bedroom apartments. I spend alot of time here visiting, and so I have had alot of coorespondence with both the nearby tenants as well as the property manager and the maintenance manager. I can't say enough good things about them and their support of their tenants! Safety and keeping the property free from any trouble or issues seems to be their first priority! I know there are updates yet to be made, but it takes time. The improvements so far are awesome! If you want an affordable rental with great management check into Elk Run!

Poorly managed and mgt. unlicensed. Lack knowledge of Fair Housing law and procedure. Failed to abide by legal accessibility policies for disabled. Arbitrarily makes new standards for tenants based on management opinions not written policies. Failed to act on issues with neighboring tenant unless I could somehow prove it, even when supplied with Elkton police input. Failed to allow me to care properly for service animal. Refuse to allow you to know who owner is, so if there are problems with mgt. there is no one to go to, and no accountability. Mgt. continually consults “sister property”, whoever that is. I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this property. Disabled and moved here to be close to family and ended up with a financial and emotional disaster. Reviews are not transparent as mgt.
