Joe was very professional and provided a lot of insight on what he does when he came out to my property out here in Corpus Christi, TX. He delivered his reports well under 24 hours and the detail that he put into the report were excellent. I now have a way better understanding of the repairs I need to do on my project. I've given my contractors his reports and we can now start repairs.

Joe did 3 inspections for us and I thought he did well but I guess he just found things most people might find anyway. The third house he totally missed things … like the bathtubs not filling up or the wonky wiring. The refrigerator does not have a shut off valve and the stove top is not hard wired in, bathtubs don’t fill up. Do yourself a favor and hire someone that doesn’t ride off their veteran status in the Coast Guard that is a part of the department of homeland security

We had Joe A. Zaragoza Inspect our two story house with the pool included he was alot of help explain in detail the service he was providing and went in further detail when, where and why, if I have to give him a grade he got an A+ inspecting, he is pretty knowledgeable on this field for us now we feel good that we made a good choice on hiring him. We recommend him 100 % he has a cool drone and great equipment to get the job done!!
