If I could rate them with a 0 I would. I called the office to make a complaint and for the first time I heard that they are not responsible for looking into the property if they were only hired to create a contract for the owner of a property. I used to live in MA and I rented a property in Lake Wales trusting the transaction as an "agency" was involved. I did not have the ability to come to FL to see the property due to budget limitations, which I understand it was my fault. My complaint is that if you are creating a contract and you are an agency, who cares about your reputation, I do not believe that you should NOT come to the property and see what you are signing for. This property is NOT SAFE!!! The windows are locked, the doors are not in their frames, insects are able to get in supe
