I'm giving them one star because I can't give them less. This agency is full of inexperienced people. If they don't know how to help people, it's better that they say they can't or don't know about it, because they disappoint people, and buying or selling a house is a very big decision, too important for them to disappoint families. I was very disappointed with the service we received. Since they already had their commission secured, the agent who helped me didn't put any effort into anything. She didn't even show us any houses. On the closing day, there were many confusions in the contracts that they couldn't even explain, and they justified themselves by saying that they had sent us the emails with the information, as if we understood everything. Incompetent or something more? My wife and I found a property while surfing the web and decided we would like to see it in person. It seemed perfect - 18 acres and many other amenities that we were looking for plus a massive price cut. But when my realtor contacted the Elite realtor there was an update. It seems the price drop was directly linked to the property divided in HALF (is it legal to call it a price drop when it is REALLY a brand new listing?). The acreage had not been updated for some reason in 4 days - even the listing on the Elite website had the original 18 acres. But it was updated that day (it took two tries to get it right) but the price drop stayed there. The Elite realtor blamed the error on their assistant.
