Do not rent from this place you will not get your deposit back no matter how clean your place is! They do not care about their tenants. What happened to honesty and renting from a good place that doesnt just want to make up bs to keep your deposit and then tack on more! I am beyond disgusted!!!!! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a landlord/management company in my life! Honestly they should be ashamed of themselves!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO GET YOU DEPOSIT BACK!!!!! My place was spotless when I left! There was a few minor things and they said that added up to almost $800.00 for labor and driving around to get the stuff! Wow just wow!!!!!!!

I've been a tenant for a couple years now and loved it. I've lived in some places where I've had to BEG FOR MONTHS to get maintenance to come out and instead would have the homeowner come out to "fix it." Here they've helped out with any issues we've had which aren't many and they're always so nice whenever I go in or call. 🧡

Do not rent from this place. This is the one the worst place I ever rented they will not respect the lease.

Best property management company in town. I have had terrible luck with the other companies in Grand Forks and the folks at Elite are amazing people. Every one I have been in contact with has been so genuinely kind and thoughtful. They are real people not trying to rip you off and make sure you are actually taken care of by often going the extra mile for their renters. You can tell that they really care! I appreciate them and would rent through them again if I were to live in the Grand Forks area in the future.

Always had surprise visits from the house owner as well as an in house inspection once a month— seemed a little excessive… not good as replying to emails or calling you back…. Was there for only 5 months and I thought we cleaned pretty well and left the place close to as when we got it, but out of a $1,600 deposit we only got around $350 back not to mention the multiple requests we put in to get things fixed and no one would ever come and take care of it. Got free snow removal in the winter which is the only good thing I can think of
