I have a serious problem that has happened to me several times in the apartment. 1/21/2026 I lost 3 packages. 2/3/2026 I lost another package. and several more I don't remember the exact dates. I spend a lot of money to buy what I need. Manage our apartments okay. In less than 2 months I lost products that cost 587 dollars! And I don't feel safe in the apartment. It's really unsafe.

We rented a house from Elite in 2025 and had serious issues: • Electrical problems from the beginning If I turned on the microwave and the stove at the same time, the power would shut off. This happened constantly and never felt safe. • Basement conditions The basement had rotten wood, trash, humidity, and visible mold on the walls. We didn’t even have access to that part of the home, but the conditions were awful and definitely not healthy. • Stove replacement took 6 months When our stove stopped working, we submitted a request. It took six months for Elite to replace it. Instead of giving us something safe and modern, they brought an old stove that looked like it was from the 1980s . It worked, but the delay and lack of care were unacceptable. • AC broken in the summer – ignored for week

I made the mistake of not doing my research on this company since it was an apartment through Zillow. While what they do may be legal, it should be illegal, and I cannot find any other company that does it like this (also thankfully) as it’s predatory. Normal / Ethical Property Manager Fee applies to a specific apartment listing. You get communication, a tour, and consideration. Listing is marked unavailable once rented. Screening happens (credit/background). Goal is to fill the unit fairly. Predatory / Unethical Practice (Elite Peoperty Management) Fee applies to the entire company — not a specific unit. You get no contact, no tour, no processing transparency, and conflicting and misleading information when calling. 2 different people say 2 different things. Listing goes down, then back

They didn’t show up for the showing but they were nice enough to follow up and try to reschedule. I had already found rental using a different agency. Pretty sure they use bots to respond or they wouldn’t have asked me for a review of an appointment they didn’t show for. They didn’t even tell me the name of the person I was to meet with for the appointment. Good luck with this agency, at least they are kind about their mistakes. Welcome to the future of America.

Absolutely predatory. Make sure you are vetting your landlords. Disgusting behavior from A Weikert- takes no basic accountability for following up that apartments are safe and things are working. Lived there 5 years and mysteriously loses My checks- now I have it in writing that he essentially wants me to send my checks in a way that makes me unable to prove I paid rent. Mind you, I've had to show proof I mailed rent 4 times this year because they "lost" it or it "never arrived" even when mailed a month early and I have tracking proving it was delivered. Now he is threatening to evict me for not sending "regular checks" but providing no other option. He attempted to frivolous evict me twice for rent that was paid on time that I showed I could prove.
