I had a terrible experience with this realty company. When they were transferring property managers, they tried to hold half of my rent payment and didn’t even have the decency to apologize for THEIR mistake. It's clear they don’t know what they’re doing here, as there are constant issues. They frequently change how to pay rent, and then they kept saying they never received our other payment, when if fact there are receipts showing that we paid for 3 months of rent in just 2 months. I would recommend looking almost anywhere else to manage your property or rent. Don’t even get me started on how they moved us into a unit with a broken water heater and didn’t fix it for weeks when it was sub 40 degrees this winter. This company discusses me!!!!! They search obituaries and try to connect the property to family members. Looking for a way to get the almighty dollar. Within a couple of days of my mother passing, Eunice reached to me inquiring about the property. I was shocked, from the call. Right now, we have NO intentions in selling the property. My mom has just passed away, I told her. I also said to her, Not to call again about the property. This time she calls my sister and even mentions to my sister that she had a previous conversation about the property.
