Lack of communication for starters. I saw a commercial property months ago and filled out an application. They deliberately avoid follow up phone calls to offset how unprofessional they are with communication. This rental agency still has the commercial property listed although I was told there was already an approved candidate. Took a risk and had someone else call to inquire about this exact same property, and they were able to schedule a viewing after I was told there was an approved candidate. Which leads me to believe they’re dishonest, so I immediately called and cancelled my application and requested a refund for the application fee. I wouldn’t be interested in doing long term business with a facility that functions off of dishonesty. I made the right choice by opting out of this c

I've been here for a year and a half, the power has gone out at least 5 times, this building is old and the floorboards in the apartment above me are loose and so when the tenant above me walks around in their apartment I have to put on headphones or earplugs if I want to be able to have some peace and quiet, I'm tired of the sound of tenants living on the third floor slamming doors or running up and down the stairs. The building manager is often unreachable by phone, and the people in the office sound like they don't really want to be there period. Extremely poor communications! I am told to use our condo portal. No annual meeting minutes for 11/23. No board meeting minutes published until I complained in 6/24, and then they were published. Clearly not able to audit a board meeting because I don’t know where or when the meetings will be held. No calendar entries even though I have asked for the calendar to reflect basic meetings consistent with condominiums. Communications are rude. I would suggest and hope our board finds a new management company!

They manage our properties but when we call with a question, they ask us to google it. Nice.
