Went with them cause they were local. Regret not going with rocket like we had on our last mortgage. They sold our mortgage in less than a month and every month after it had been resold, So we can’t setup a monthly recurring payment as well as speak with someone that’s a person. Negates the whole point of going with a local person and fully regret not going with rocket mortgage again. 10 out of 10 would not recommend! Pain in the ass!

I have worked with Bernie multiple times in the past 10 years. I have also referred him to friends many times and they have had the same result as I have. He offers great customer service.
