Tomas and Alicia are very helpful going over the invoices with me , their communication skills are very good and they answered the phone every time I called right away! Elizabeth the property manager is a pleasure to work with as well. She manages several properties and coordinates with me which ones to go out and see. The owner Gloria I am in contact with also. She is very helpful with the properties she manages and gets things done in a timely fashion. Carmen is at the front desk and is very accommodating when I walk in the front door and helps me immediately. I want to thank everybody at Elite property for being so proffessional and helpful!!!

Very professional office. Thanks to them our community running much better. Whenever you need them they are available. . They know all then newest changes to the laws, which there are a lot. Elite has helped us get through new 30 year docs, a process that has been challenging, but Gloria made it much easier. Elite has been a huge improvement over our previous management company. I have recommended to other associations.

I would like to thank Elite Management for the improvements made to my community. It always seems like things are being fixed or improvements are being made. The new signs that say Welcome Home was a nice surprise after returning from vacation. Additionally, the property manager for my community is an effective communicator. The owner is also very knowledgeable and highly experienced. I only have nice things to say about this company, they highly impress me.

Great Property Management I have had the pleasure of working with Elite every year after purchasing my condominium. I have held various positions on the Board and dealt with many issues that have arisen in a 57 year old waterfront building on the beach. Elite has always been a phone call away with a level of value and professionalism second to none. The company is staffed with people like Joyce who are knowledgable and capable. I can't recommend them enough. They're big enough to handle large accounts but not so big that clients get lost in the shuffle. I have never had any trouble calling in and speaking directly to Gloria, the owner myself. They have a variety of subcontractors on their team ready to provide whatever assistance is necessary to keep your property running seamlessly.

Absolutely wonderful management. Helped me and my family when I had 4 weeks to move from another state to FL. Without any delay all my documentation was completed and processed (long distance) with a week to spare! Who ever does that for a complete stranger out of state? Joyce was a God sent help. She welcomed us to out new home, showed us around and even introduced us to the neighbors! Any time we called Joyce for help, we got help right away. Our property manager is ensuring that our building is a safe and a friendly place to live.
