I live in a condominium unit, supposedly looked over by this company. The properties are dilapidated, broken down cars in the parking lot in our private spaces, stolen cars in the parking lot, trash everywhere, and I have yet to see one person who works at that company come out to our property.

I LOVE this management company. I love working with the employees - they are always helpful and understanding. I had a problem with one of my neighbors and they explained to me the process of how they can help solve the problem and they addressed the issue with my neighbor right away and the problem was solved! I also have to set up payment arrangements each year because I have a fixed income - they always ask me "What can you fit into your budget to get this paid off?" I could not be happier with Elite as my management company. FIVE STARS!

Horrible! 7 to 10 years ago they were on top of complaints. I complained about the fence falling down in my backyard that surrounded the subdivision due to a storm. They had someone out in 2 or 3 days to fix it. The business behind the subdivision has not cut their trees in years! I called to complain a month ago about my fencing falling down due to all their trees growing into my back yard. There is also trees growing into my yard from the abandoned house next door. They suggested that I can take it upon myself to cut the trees!? Then stated they would write a letter to the business. I called to follow up last week and never received a call back. The same day I receive a letter concerning my mailbox not being in compliance! I replace the metal one twice due to kids knocking dow

Lousy company. They didn't cash the check for homeowners fees for the year from the title company. Closed on my house in January and they contacted me in March about owing money. Title company sent them a new check and now they are saying the check didn't clear because account doesn't exist and that I owe an additional $20 because THEY were incompetent and lost the original check. Long story short, if they would have just cashed the first check back in January/February there would be no problems.
