I have lived in my Townhouse for 23 years and have never had any issues with the HOA. They have always been helpful & understanding if extensions were needed regarding outside house repairs because the weather doesn't cooperate when you need it to.

Elite Community Management collects dues and sends violations on behalf of my HOA board. On 2 different occasions I have emailed my HOA board directly because I have questions about the violations. Never hear back from them. My next line of communication is Elite Community Management, yet they always say they can’t help me because all they do is process payments and violations. The least they could do is try and guide me on a solution instead of saying “you’re out of luck”. They are sure quick to collect HOA fines and yearly dues but when it comes to customer service they are useless.

Tiffany Brown and her staff at elite community management went above and beyond when an issue was found with my order. With very little effort on my part, Miss Brown and her staff took action immediately and bent over backwards to fulfill my order. What could have resulted in disaster, instead was handled with kindness and professionalism. This staff’s dedication to a job well done even with when faced with adversity is unmatched. Honestly the handling of complaints regarding the condition of the road in my neighborhood has been appalling. While it is understood that Tricord has responsibility for road maintenance via agreement, even though the HOA owns the road, myself and other neighbors have called simply because the HOA is a known point of contact. Instead of attempting to help their members by reaching out to Tricord they have simply passed off having anything to do with the issue. We as homeowners are expected to maintain are homes, yards, etc for the benefit of the neighborhood so why is it so hard for them to advocate on our behalf with Tricord. Their rude behavior answering the phone and their emails completely passing the buck on our concerns really comes across as only caring about the money we pay them a
