Extremely Unprofessional and Unlawful Company Elite Property Management is by far one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. They do not follow the law and constantly try to bend the rules to their own advantage. They will tell you one thing, and then a few days later completely change their story. The level of inconsistency and lack of accountability is ridiculous. The managers are rarely even on-site when they’re supposed to be, and I’ve never seen a property management office that closes at 1 p.m. on a Friday refusing to assist residents even a few minutes past closing just to sign a form and show ID. The management was always kind for our complex on Laurel. Karen was always sweet and helpful and Jason is the best! It was a great 3 years - thank you :)

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Company does nothing to fix the interior of the apartment, but they do make renovations to the outside! Had an issue with mold and the company, along with onsite management does nothing to fix it. Just patch and go. Same problem every month after they cut the mold off, it comes right back again. Seems like all they know how to do is increase rent! The “newly renovated “ apartments have lots of issues as well. I can go on and on about the problems here but point is that they lack professionalism! Do better!

I am furious and frustrated. firstly I must say this company is lack professionalism, they act as if your issue with the apartment is not your issue. The apartments are infested with rats and roaches and the rooms are filled with molds on the walls. The noise from the neighbors are over baring and the manager does nothing about it. The apartment is not safe, numerous times shots are fired in the apartment and the manager knows about it and nothing is being done. Mark (landlord) is very dismissive, aggressive and rude to his tenants. Any issue you have will be swept under the carpet and will not be fixed. The parking situation is so messy, other tenants park in your parking and have an attitude when you need your space to park and also tenants are parking two cars in a one parking space. Th

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the shadiest company ever. Do not move in any place owned by a company called “Elit” property management. They can’t even spell elite right. You won’t get your deposit back. You won’t get anything back. No one is there for your issues, I repeat do not move in any place this company leases.
