Hello, I'd like to post an honest review of the property. I've been living here for a few weeks now and I'm going more and more frustrated with the staff. Communication is absolutely vital to some of us and it seems that the staff here have zero responsibility when it comes to responding to request. I have reached out several times to them via phone call email and through the app itself trying to simply ask a question about either the property or finances or something similar. I never receive a response and I am finding it more and more from frustrating to get in touch with them when I need to. I've called but it goes to voicemail and then you never receive a response back from that either. In the app they say to send the property a message, which I use and they never respond. I find this
