I rented from George for 6 years. The only reason I stayed as long as I did was the school district and the property manager Crystal, who made living here feel bearable. Ever since communication was directed to George I felt isolated and unheard. She cared about the tenants and tried her best to make things better. I recently moved out in the past month. Over the years I had terrible experience with getting anything fixed or addressed and would have to follow up over several months in order to get anything done. For example, I rented a garage and the lock broke 2 times in the first year and it took over 6 months for that to be fixed the second time leaving me vulnerable. I have been renting commercial space across the hall from George for 6 months now. I have had nothing but a good experience so far. George and his staff were responsive and helpful during the lead up to move in and after. I really enjoy coming into the space, and George had no problem with me upgrading a few things and making it my own. Prior to moving in, I requested a refrigerator in the unit with an ice maker, and a very nice unit was installed promptly before moving in. I paid for the installation of the water line as it was my request. Like I said, I feel George has been more than equitable with me. George graciously signs for packages for me when I'm out of the office, and we'll even bring them into my entryway before he leaves the building, so my deliveries are waiting for me in the

Had a great experience at new property they purchase In Nassau NY. The manager Clayton is tremendous.

-apartment was infested with mice due to a huge hole around the outlet behind the oven. our own money was spent on supplies to cover this hole /rid of the mice -air quality was horrible -layers of caulk and mold in the bathroom -didn’t return security deposit and further charged us for a broken door that was broken when we moved in/etc. -hanging solar lights i purchased for outside were cut down deliberately
