I relocated to Lynchburg in 2023 and absolutely love living at Eleven25! Management is friendly, responsive, and goes above and beyond in meeting my needs. The location is excellent. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, with a "can do" attitude. Eleven25 is a pet-friendly community, with neighbors who are just as friendly. I've experienced a stress-free living environment, to include an on-site pool, fitness center, and clubhouse! I highly recommend Eleven25... you won't be disappointed!

I am happy to be a part of this community. I love the space the 1 bedroom has. Very nice & well maintained. If you need anything they will always be there for you when you need them. The extra things they do whether it is having a coffee truck on site, door decorating contests for prizes & of course Santa w/making cookies & a good cup of coffee for the evening. You just can’t beat living here.

Nice place to live so far! My apartment itself is spacious and peaceful. The property is well-kept, maintenance is friendly and quick to handle any issues, and the office team is kind as well. Communication is generally timely. They also do fun resident events such as bringing in an ice cream truck or hosting a movie night by the pool. The office did recently move to another one of their properties. I always find it nice to have the office on-site. Overall, I've really enjoyed living here!

I just moved over here from California and I am very happy to have found the 1125 complex. The price is so reasonable especially considering all of the amenities and how nice the area is. The management staff is so personable and they really do care about the residence Which is something renters don’t always experience. They take care of problems very quickly, and just overall function with reason and care for their residents. I am someone that loves creating a home space as that is deeply important to me and I absolutely love my apartment!!

My husband and I truly enjoy living at Eleven25! When we first moved in, we encountered a few issues with noise, but Brittany and the owners were incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive to our needs. Since then, we've settled in comfortably and have met some wonderful neighbors. It's a great community, and we’re happy to call it home. I would definitely recommend living here!
