Eleven by Windsor Apartments

The maintenance team here at Windsor Eleven has been amazing! John, Santiago, and Tony are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I put in a request. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly and that residents are comfortable. I really appreciate their hard work and positive attitudes — thank you all for keeping the community running smoothly!

I’ve enjoyed living at the Eleven apartments. Management is very responsive and the maintenance guys are great! Always quick to respond, professional and pleasant to be around. Tony has been very helpful in fixing things in a timely manner and does it with a positive attitude, which is appreciated !

I never write reviews but Eleven deserves one! They have been absolutely amazing. I have lived at 3 other apartments and Eleven’s management team is truly unmatched! I had a maintenance issue and they had someone in my apartment within 15 minutes. I couldn’t find my package in the mail room & one of the workers personally delivered it to my door. I had problems with my application and they were so quick to respond & great at communicating. I could go on & on. I love the management team, amenities, location, etc. Not one thing I don’t like about this place! Big Windsor fan now!!!

I’ve lived at Windsor for over a year and have had a really positive experience thus far. The team is always kind and welcoming. Special thanks to TJ in maintenance and Brendan in the front office. Their support and friendliness make this a place I’m happy to call home. 😊

I lived at The Eleven for about four months before I had to move out because of roaches. I was on the third floor, and at first it seemed like a nice place to live. After the first week I started finding dead roaches in my apartment. I hoped it was just a one time thing, so I called the office and they said they would add me to the pest control list. The problem never really got better. I kept seeing roaches running across the floor while I was just trying to relax at home. For how much rent costs there, it was pretty frustrating. From what I saw, the building has a serious roach problem that management just hasn’t fixed. I ended up packing my stuff and moving somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend living here unless you are okay with having roaches in your apartment.
