Janet might be the worst real estate agent to work with in Northern Colorado. She broke & entered into our rental property for a tour the current tenants did not approve. Police were almost called and she created so much issues with selling the house. Choose absolutely anyone else and Elevations should fire Janet for her incredibly unprofessional behavior.

Sam Thurston is everything you could ever hope for in a realtor and more. She helped my parents find their new home. The second my parents started working with her their stress level noticeably dropped. You know you can trust her with everything as her work ethic is unmatched, to a point that the other workers involved in the real estate business made comments to my parents on how dedicated their agent was.
