Elevations One

Autumn was amazing and made our family’s move into our new apartment smooth and stress-free. She was kind, professional and incredibly helpful every step of the way. We truly couldn’t have done it without her. Thank you!!

I don't recommend Elevations One Apartments to anyone. They have too many issues with maintenance not fixing things correctly and payments. They don't pay attention to problems right away. I got charged a outstanding balance because they don't pay attention when it comes to payments of rent and how things are paid but when they switch something they don't let you know til last minute. Such a shame truly

The staff is nice welcoming and wonderful with kids. They helped us get into a apartment to call home as fast as they could. They were helpful and clear on any information they needed as well as what we needed. The apartment is nice, cozy, and appropriate for our family. They hv a park, swimming pool, exercise room, and a recreation room made for adults and children. I recommend Elevations one to any family needing a new place to call home.

I love this community and highly recommended it. The property manager Autumn, she is very extraordinary, patient, kind and gives you the best attention, all answers and questions and is aware of everything. I wanted to say thank you so much to Autumn for been an amazing person!! It is a great place to live if you are looking for apartment with close shops and pool, even if you are looking for four bedrooms apartment this should be the only place you chose to live at!

Elevation One is a nice place to live in, it’s quiet and calm with very hospitable staff. I have hardly seen a case of brutality by residents and the police officers make frequent visits to the complex. They also have a 2 months free rent for new residents and all the amenities are fully functional and up to date. It’s a great place to live with your family.
