Elevation San Tan

We've lived at Elevation at SanTan for 2.5 months now and absolutely love it! The staff - Kristina the manager, Mari the leasing guru, and Scott and Ethan the maintenance guys - are extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely nice. The property is well maintained in clean and working order. The amenities inside the apartments and in the common areas are terrific! Super tall kitchen cabinets, modern finishes, full size washer/dryer, and garages with room for a car plus storage. The gym, pool, and coffee bar are great and never too crowded. Plus, they don't have a ridiculous weight limit for pets so my golden retriever is happily accepted. The location is super convenient to any store we want and to the 202 making errands and our commutes very easy. I do wish the dog park was larger an

I can only leave positive feedback about Elevation San Tan. My family lived in this community for a year. It has a modern look and elevators, which is very nice. The staff is wonderful and helpful, and they are friendly and patient with all your questions. The apartments are cozy and clean, there's plenty of parking, a clean two-story gym, and a wonderful pool area. There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Elevation San Tan is very conveniently located. I would recommend it to anyone.

I’ve had a great experience living here! The community is quiet, and the staff has always been friendly and quick to help with any requests. The location is super convenient, and the apartments themselves are modern and comfortable — I loved my floor to ceiling windows! The only issue I noticed were the trash chutes. Residents wouldn’t fully take care of their trash and let it build up in the trash chute rooms :( I also noticed Valet trash sometimes wouldn’t come to pick up my trash (even though I’d put it out at the right times) when paying $35 a month for the service. The main reason I’m moving out though is because I accepted a new job opportunity in another area. Otherwise, I would’ve renewed my lease bc the trash wasn’t a huge deal to me! I definitely recommend this complex to anyon

We absolutely love it here. The apartment itself is great, but the staff is what truly makes this place special. A big thank you to Kristina. She is so wonderful and always goes the extra mile to make sure your living experience is everything you were promised and more. I can’t say enough good things about her. It’s rare to find a manager like her. I also want to shout out Gracie and Mari. They’re amazing too. Everyone here is so personable and genuinely wants to help in any way they can to keep you happy and comfortable. Thank you, San Tan staff. We really do love it here and have you to thank!

The dog wash is a lifesaver, the bike storage is super convenient, and the state-of-the-art gym has everything I need to get a great workout in.
