Elevation on Central

I had a lovely tour with Sai and was pleasantly surprised at how aesthetically pleasing everything here looks! Sai is very friendly and was thorough in explaining everything and answering my questions. During the tour, a resident said it’s a great place to live, which I was happy to hear. Thank you! 😊

Brendyn at Elevation on Central really makes this community feel like home. He’s approachable, friendly, and always makes time to check in with residents. Having him as property manager is a huge perk—he genuinely cares about making this a great place to live.

I recently received a tour from Brendyn, and it was an incredible experience. I was very impressed by how friendly everyone in the community was. There’s a nice little sushi spot just down the street that’s got my eye already, but truly the service was incredible. I just wanted to say thank you to Brendyn for showing me around the place, I really appreciate your kindness and hospitality.

The atmosphere of this apartment is wonderful! I had such an amazing experience with brendyn (the manager) everything went super smoothly, and he was very professional with me. I had an amazing leasing experience here.

By far the worst community I’ve lived in over the years!! Management does not take concerns seriously and will ignore residents at their discretion. There are multiple (amenity) areas of the building that are not maintained well at all. GO TO ANY OTHER COMMUNITY. It will probably be much nicer for the same price.
