Elevation at County Line Station

I had an excellent experience with this rental property and the management team. From the very beginning, communication was clear, prompt, and professional. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described—comfortable, safe, and move-in ready. The management team truly stands out. They were responsive to questions, quick to address any concerns, and consistently courteous and respectful. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about both the property and the tenants, and it shows in every interaction. I highly recommend this rental and management company to anyone looking for a stress-free, positive living experience. Five stars without hesitation!

Went in for a tour with Yolanda. She was very detailed oriented. Showed me all the units available for my price range. Was able to view this show case apartment to get a feel of the property. Quiet neighborhood Considering moving here!

This will be semi long but please take into consideration. I lived here for 2 years and would have stayed longer if it wasn’t for my work commute. Also the move out process has been disappointing with the sneaky charges they throw in there. The process left a bad taste in my mouth, hense the 3 star review THE GOOD -Location: GREAT location, close to highway access, quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors for the most part. I lived in building 33 east facing size so the sunrise was the biggest seller for us. -Decent price for a 2b2b (Non-upgrated version) -Maintanance responded in reasonable time for requests. -Hallways were cleaned weekly and stayed in good condition. -Elevators (they did have frequent issues but got fixed in a decent amount of time -EV charging spots with free open space p

I applied here a year ago or so and was unfortunately denied :) due to my own credit history. Now that things have improved, I wanted to go back and apply again because everyone was so kind to me the first time. Today I received the most amazing and attentive service and support from Rennee and the manager. I felt so welcomed and I really appreciate the service.

I recommend Elevation at County Line apartment. Nicole and Renee showed absolute compassion and understanding for my personal situation that resulted in me having to change apartments (quickly). The level of empathy they showed for my situation was above and beyond my expectations and it meant so much to me and my peace of mind. The doggy wash station at the property is greatly missed (my Bois would have a different opinion) and it was nice to have a recreation park just east of the property to walk to during the summer and fall months.
