Elevation Apartments

I couldn’t find the emergency maintenance line, so I stopped William and Josh in their tracks, and I am so glad I did. They immediately stepped in to help with my hot water heater leak. They were incredibly kind, respectful, and professional, and had everything handled within just a couple of hours. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring. Elevation Apartments is very lucky to have them. I am extremely impressed and very pleased.

Thanks to the staff of the Elevation Apartments and the maintenance team especially thanks to Mr.Karimi for providing excellent service and being very respectful throughout the entire process. He listened carefully to my concerns and efficiently addressed the issues I needed help with. I really appreciated his professionalism and positive attitude!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Elevation for the absolutely amazing staff and maintenance. Came here back in 2023, and ever since then we've had our home get better and better, with great neighbors and community to boot. Very proud of how everything has come together and plan on staying here a very long time.

My husband and I were so nervous at first when we came into the office. Christine Marino, Assistant Manager was very helpful, she made us feel welcomed and she made the whole move in smooth. We also got a small move in gift with Starbucks gift card. She was very nice and helpful. My family and I are happy with our new place. The theater and the mall is right across the street. We moved into a three bedroom and it's beautiful and already feels comfy. 🔑 Thank you Christine for helping us. Your awesome. 👍

Thanks for getting my work order done but my lord. One of the maintenance members has bad body odor. My whole apartment smelled so bad for hours! I had to anonymously post this, as I do not want any backlash from the apartment complex especially from Rachel since I’ve already had some unpleasant run ins from her in the past. I did not feel comfortable reporting this again to avoid backlash, I’m moving out and hope I’m charged fairly when I do since it seems some of the past Negative review highlights unjustified move out fees.
