Elevation 3505 Apartments & Townhomes

I've had a very disappointing experience living at Elevation 3505. I’ve been a resident for about four years, and last year I transferred to a new unit — which turned out to be a mistake. When I moved in, the unit was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom, a broken drawer, mold on the stove and bathroom ceiling, cracked windows, and a kitchen light that was hanging down. I reported these issues to the leasing office but the response was slow and ineffective. In June, my air conditioning stopped working. I reported it immediately, and they told me it was due to a leak. They attempted to fix it multiple times but couldn’t resolve the issue. The recent agent Nadia was the best hands down she helped me with everything I mean everything best experience I had when getting an apartment. The whole staff is wonderful the community is beautiful clean and quiet I love it here…. If you’re looking for for a new home this is where u should be.

I just recently moved into these townhomes and so far the experience has been great. The move in process was a lil delayed but it worked out was smooth. I want to say thank you to Naudia cause she is who I started the process with she was very helpful and nice. Also to Ms. Michelle who is always polite, nice and helpful always.Thanks also to Carla for hearing me out on some issues that I can across in my unit and having them issues taken care of. I recently renewed my lease because I've enjoyed living here so far and management didn't increase my rent at all! Otherwise, I've been quite satisfied with the new carpeting, quality appliances, and stainless steel/granite kitchen. The insulation seems to be upscale because I seldom hear my neighbors and I don't need to use the AC/heat much at all. Moreover, I'm pleasantly surprised at how quiet this complex is even on the weekends! Also, Elevation 3505 is conveniently located 1/2 mile from dozens of shops, restaurants, gym, & grocers etc. My only gripe was waiting 4 months for a fairly simple maintenance request when their staffing was scarce but since then, it has been prompt. If you are seeking a modern, 1-BR townhouse in a wonderful area, then this is the place for you!

Elevation townhomes are beautifully put together inside and out. And the staff are amazing so that's a BIG PLUS. I was given a tour by Michelle and she was so welcoming, patient and knowledgeable. She understood my search needs and her personality makes you want to move in now because it's hard finding great customer service from leasing agents. I'll recommend EVERYONE to move here. You'll love it!
