I wanted to share my own experience living at Elevate Town Center, because it has been overwhelmingly positive and very different from some of the more dramatic reviews floating around. From day one, my apartment has been clean, modern, and exactly what I expected from new construction. The finishes are fresh, the appliances are brand‑new, and the layout feels thoughtfully designed. Any small touch‑ups that come with moving into a newly built unit were handled quickly once I submitted a request pretty standard for any new development. The building itself is quiet, well‑insulated, and surprisingly peaceful considering how close it is to everything in Waynesboro. Just wanted to put a real review out there for anyone wanting to rent at the new Elevate Town Center apartments and take that info and do what you will with it. They are listed as luxury and the price for Waynesboro fits that- “luxury”. The elevator only works sometimes. Multiple times a week it will just stop working and there’s no one there to fix it. The units came with sticky caulk on the floor left over from construction and paint that needs to be touched up all over. There are a few spots on the floor that are actually cuts in the laminate more than likely from when they were moving in heavy appliances and never fixed it.
