Elevate Lake Norman Apartments

I’ve really enjoyed living at Elevate Lake Norman. The common areas and amenities are always clean, which makes the whole place feel really well cared for. The leasing staff has been great to work with—especially Jorgia Snook. She’s incredibly approachable, professional, and just has a genuinely positive attitude that makes every interaction easy. The maintenance team is also wonderful. They’re always kind, helpful, and quick to take care of anything that comes up. The grounds are kept in great shape, and I’ve really enjoyed the community events at the clubhouse—nice touch that helps make the place feel more like a community. Our 1 bed/1 bath apartment is surprisingly spacious, and the location works perfectly for both me and my partner. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here,

Everyone who works here are great individuals but I really want to take a moment to acknowledge the property manager Erin because she has made such a difference in my experience living here. She’s consistently kind, patient, and genuinely understanding.. not in a performative way, but in a way that makes you feel seen and supported. Any time I’ve had a concern or needed help, she’s met me with compassion and real solutions. You can tell she cares about the people who live here, and that kind of energy is rare in property management. If you’re thinking about moving here, know that you’ll be treated with respect and humanity. She’s a big part of why I feel comfortable and taken care of here, and I’m truly grateful for her presence.

I’ve had a really great experience moving into and living at Elevate at Lake Norman. The move-in process was smooth and stress-free—the leasing team was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Since moving in, I’ve found the community to be safe and quiet, with friendly neighbors. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff genuinely care about residents’ comfort. The amenities are also a huge plus and make daily life more enjoyable. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to live here and would recommend this community to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to call home.

I love Elevate Lake Norman Apartments. I just moved in a few days ago, and the apartments are wonderfully beautiful, comfortable, clean, everything is new—I'm happy to be here. We couldn’t be more grateful with all the support we have received from the staff, during our almost three years living in Elevate Lake Norman Apartments, specially Danielle V. She is such an amazing person always trying to help with her kindness and professionalism. This place went far beyond our expectations, we were so happy living there and the only reason to move was to buy a house. We highly recommend ELN not only for the location where you have everything you need close by, but also because the apartments are nice and spacious, the pool and club house are great and even you have dog park and kids playground! The best memories from this place we called home and where we even became 4 receiving our little baby daughter!
