Elevate at Skyline Townhomes

Today I visited Elevate at Skyline and met Ashley. She was amazing! Warm smile, very professional, and she listened attentively while answering all my questions. The property is beautiful, welcoming, and truly stands out. I highly recommend this community and their wonderful team.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from the office staff. After moving out, I never received a proper final itemized statement—only a ledger copy after following up with Brenda. I had questions about what looked like duplicate charges and a fee for “liquid on walls in the living room.” Maria sent a picture supposedly supporting the charge, but the photo showed a carpeted area. Our living room wasn’t even carpeted. I emailed Maria again for clarification but never received a response. When I followed up, Brenda she said she’d forward it to Maria—yet I’ve still heard nothing. The dismissive attitude and inconsistent responses have been frustrating, and I still have no resolution. It’s unfortunate that this rental property does not have availability for weekend tours! I’ve never encountered a rental property at least opened half a day on Saturday's. Why would you only offer weekday tours within normal working hours when everyone works. Oh well, on to the next property. To me this is a red flag.

Living at Elevate at Skyline Townhomes in McKinney has been a constant headache due to disorganization and lack of communication from management. Assistant Property Manager Maria is extremely disorganized and contradictory. You’ll often have to follow up several times before getting a response, and when she finally replies, her information frequently changes. For example, she told me the key fob was for the gym/bathroom entrance, but then told another resident it was for their front door. In my case, the fob didn’t work for either. Before move-in, she didn’t provide any parking details, leaving me scrambling to figure out where to park, residents either have a reserved spot, garage, or have to find non-reserved parking, but none of that was communicated. Tyler and Eder from Elevate at Skyline’s maintenance team are truly amazing! They always go above and beyond, are incredibly personable, and never miss a chance to say hi. They communicate clearly, keep the community informed, and respond to requests quickly and efficiently. My pup, Whiskey, absolutely loves them too! Couldn’t ask for better maintenance guys!
