Elevate at Red Rocks

Griffin is the most amazing man!!! His knowledge of the property combined with his deep compassion to ensure each resident’s needs are met makes Griffin a tremendous asset to the Elevate at Red Rocks complex. Griffin is the reason we chose Elevate as our residence. And we could not be happier!!!

The apartments themselves are fine, thin walls and ceilings between units but nice overall. Maintenance was responsive and management was nice and cooperative with us. I give a low score purely because of the introduction if the ParkM parking permits. I lived here for a year before the introduction of the nickel and diming and never had an issue with parking. After ParkM, I had 2 of my friends cars towed, while there were plenty of open spots, because they start towing at 9pm. They own that parking lot, there's no reason to charge extra. It's greedy and gross, shame on you.

I have lived here for almost 5 years now, and I truly enjoy Elevate, the upgrades that have been made over the last couple of years have made it worth it to live here. They have pool, Halloween, and other various parties throughout the year to bring together the residents. They always have raffles and different prizes, which I’ve had the luck of winning. I’ve lived in other apartment complexes, it is what it is, but they do a good job of taking care of us. The staff is always super friendly! I feel safe and the park right next to us is perfect for daily walks. Not to mention we are so close to my favorite restaurant Jose O’Shea’s!

Living at Elevate was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone. One of the biggest issues was that our air conditioner was broken for months during the summer. Despite repeated requests, it took far too long for management to address it — and in the meantime, our utility bill skyrocketed. They told us we would be reimbursed for the extra cost due to their delay, even after multiple follow-ups. It never got fixed and we never got reimbursed. There are also LOTS of hidden fees when you leave. When we moved out, they deducted charges from our security deposit for “move-out costs” that were not mentioned in the lease. When we brought this up, they claimed it was in the lease — it absolutely wasn’t- and they couldn’t show us where. The lack of transparency

Johnny is great! I’ve lived here for almost 4 years and the entire time my shower handle has been super difficult to turn, and it gets stuck and breaks often. But with just one time of Johnny coming to fix it, he replaced the whole thing rather than just the handle and now it works great and definitely won’t continue to break often from getting stuck. Thank you Johnny!:) That being said, all staff that works here that I have interacted with are amazing. Griffin, Frank, and Callie are always so friendly and quick to help out with any questions I ever have.
