Elevate at Pena Station Apartments

Coming from my old apartment that I had in Aurora this is such an upgrade for me. I absolutely love it here.! everyone has been so kind as far as my neighbors and all of the staff here.! I love that the maintenance is always on top of any problem that I have the two people that specifically need a shout out are Eduardo And Jose. They both are so kind. And they are so quick to fix any problem that I have had and I like how they do follow ups to let you know when the job has been done. I highly recommend living in this community. It’s affordable and save and relatively quiet.

Seriously one of the best places I've lived in. The community is wonderful & facilities are brand new. The best part would have to be the staff, however. They bend over backwards to accommodate us, and it shows a level of concern that I've never experienced anywhere else. UPDATE: Had to deduct stars due to the parking situation. As the complex filled up (or maybe people park here to use the nearby train station), spots have become scarce. I've had to leave my car in front of the garbage pickup area it's that bad. Really disappointing. UPDATE 2: Management took immediate action to solve the parking issue - good job guys. FINAL UPDATE: Well, it's been a year and I have to say... gonna miss this place! This is a warning to avoid these apartments and any properties managed by the KCM management company. Most importantly, these apartments are unsafe, and the noise between apartments and surrounding the complex is extreme. Police arrive frequently for domestic problems and car break-ins. The building hallways and parking lot, especially around the dumpsters are filthy and rarely maintained. Packages and grocery deliveries are constantly being stolen. Along with the apartment environment, the management will create costs at their own discretion to avoid returning the security deposit. It is a company that has very little professional ethics and the staff reflects this dishonesty.

Jackie and Winona are awesome. Super friendly, on top of things, and care about the experience here. The community has a great vibe and the team really makes you feel welcome. Definitely one of the standouts in the area. Highly recommend.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars I moved here in June 2025 it is now December 2025 & my car was stolen from the parking lot right outside of my balcony this is unfair to me & my child because I pay this high rent to not even feel safe to park my car the property has cameras & they still don’t care or bother to reach out to me after I went in the leasing office the same exact day I called the police & told them my vehicle was stolen off they’re property which has “cameras” I have a police report with a case number & they said they would run the cameras back for me & they still have yet to resolve this issue the police are always out front the area is clearly not safe & people need to be aware before renting I am now stuck in a lease & don’t feel safe living on the property
