I thoroughly enjoyed living at this property. It’s well maintained internally and externally. Amenities are always clean. My side of the building was relatively quiet, however, like most apartments it’s inevitable to hear occasional foot steps above you or next door neighbors. Nothing to troubling or disruptive. The property is very secure. Only residents have access. The property also has security on site plus an officer some days of the week that patrols the property regularly. They have a great packaging system. Really cool thing about this property that I don’t see at other places is they have a podcast room which is so unique. As I was leaving in January of this year, apparently the property had been bought out and the manager fired for performance issues (I was told). My final receipt for my deposit refund was issued on February 5th, and by March I hadn’t received anything. I had an office worker tell me that they had been bought out while I was moving out, and my refund would be expedited since I “fell through the cracks”. As of this post, I’ve called and spoke with several employees, and eventually my calls were no longer answered. I finally had to physically drive back to Houston (4 hours) to speak with someone regarding my situation (today), only to be told that they had been bought out again and my refund was put on hold AGAIN. My fiancé and I toured this place and absolutely loved it. The amenities, the appliances and the floor plans are great. But what made this place just over the top for us was the management team. George was amazing very thorough and informative and worked very hard to find something that worked with our timeline and budget. We are excited to move here and call this new place our home.

Since moving out in January, three months passed and still haven't received my deposit. I've called several times and only told me that they would update, but nothing further. This apartment has changed property management many times, strongly suggest avoiding this apartment.

I've been living here for 11 months now and have lived here when management changed. It was a little challenging when new management took over, but things seem to be moving in the right direction. I like how modern my apartment is and its a quick drive to downtown. Rent is very fairly priced. Also a great sized dog park if you have a dog
