Elemi at Grove Village

We just moved in and are incredibly happy with the entire experience. Gabriel was so helpful from the start and is always available throughout the entire application/ move in process. The location is excellent and it’s a nice quiet building which we appreciate. Now that we’re settled in, any small issues or questions we have are promptly answered and resolved. All the amenities are very clean and our unit is great with lots of natural light. It is on the pricier side but so far it has been worth it for the space and location!

I recently moved into Elemi at Grove Village and couldn’t be happier. It’s a fantastic apartment complex in the heart of Coconut Grove. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful, and walkable. All the best spots are just minutes away: coffee shops, restaurants, parks, Fresh Market, and more. The apartments are brand new, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with great amenities. A special thank you to the property manager, Gabriel. He has been incredibly helpful, always available, truly listens, and does everything he can to support residents. His presence makes a real difference. Highly recommend living here.

Just signed the lease for my new townhouse in the Grove at Elemi and I’m so excited! The building is gorgeous. The pool deck is stunning, the rooftop lounge has the best vibes, and the neighborhood is perfect—walkable, full of charm, and exactly the kind of place I want to be. The leasing process was super easy and smooth—Gabriel and Mitsy were absolutely amazing. They walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt totally taken care of. Can’t wait to start enjoying everything Elemi has to offer. Big thanks again to the team for making it all such a great experience!

Elemi is a beautiful property in Coconut Grove with nice units available. The team who oversees the property (Gabriel and Mitsy) are incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something modern with close proximity to Coco Walk, Coral Gables and the Miami Airport. Building has a modest pool and gym hat are nice amenities along with a roof deck that offers panoramic views. Parking will eventually require monthly fees and storage units are available for an additional monthly fee. There is a farmer's market on Saturdays with a great selection of vendors there.

I absolutely loved it! While I was initially drawn to the area, the cleanliness and impeccable upkeep of the building truly sold me. You get what you pay for, and this building—along with its fantastic staff—deserves a five-star rating across the board. Having rented in some so-called luxury buildings downtown in the past, I can confidently say those didn’t hold up in terms of cleanliness or the desirability of their amenities. This building is a refreshing change, with such a well-maintained, top-notch space and get in early on this amazing opportunity!
