I’ve been a resident for a little over six months now, and I must admit this place is a hidden gem. From the very first day touring my spacious 2/2, the staff and management team were nothing but helpful and communicative throughout the process of moving in. Ever since, if there’s ever been even the slightest of discrepancy (maybe a leak or garage door malfunction) the maintenance team specifically Trent and Brandon promptly had it resolved or being worked on. They are a true asset to this community! The apartments themselves are not brand new, built back in the day with true character and charm. That said, it is completely renovated and the open floor plan with fireplaces in the center is just such an eclectic touch. Add an enclosed patio, in unit wash/dry, vaulted ceilings, a box window

Well-maintained community with a caring, responsive staff. Luna leads a great team, and Trinity in maintenance is prompt, professional, and keeps the property in great shape.

I’m so sick of this complex that I will be paying the fees to move out early. Don’t worry if you have a loud upstairs neighbor that is a weight lifter and slams stuff on the ground 100 times a day, they won’t do anything even if you have proof! They tell you to record to get proof and then they ask me to try to talk to him instead of management to create less conflict. Or they say to call the police for a noise complaint. I have lived here for almost 2 years and the only things they care about is their boujee events and adding a new gazebo to the pool. The apartments themselves are absolutely not worth the price. Hi, We just moved here on April 12th. and the move went smoothly, Luna and Christy welcomed us with opened arms and made us feel comfortable, all our questions was answered. They keep the community well informed of upcoming events. Also the maintenance crew, Trent and Randy changed out our washer machine for a new one because it wasn't working properly. They did it very quickly. So far, with any maintenance services we requested they have acknowledged when services will be completed! Great place to live, thumbs 👍 up!!

I recently had a great experience with the maintenance team at my apartment, especially Trinity and Brandon. They installed a brand-new AC unit and fridge in my unit, and they did an excellent job! The installation was quick and efficient, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Both Trinity and Brandon were professional, friendly, and took the time to answer any questions I had. It’s always great to have a maintenance team that’s reliable and takes care of residents’ needs. Big thanks to them for their hard work—I really appreciate it!
