Element at Kirkwood

These stars are not for the complex, but for the new assistant manager, Emanuel!! He greets with a big beautiful smile and makes coming into the office a true joy. He makes you know that your concern is important to him also, he offers and delivers what it takes to solve a proposed issue. I am very happy that he is here, his customer service and work ethic are impeccable. I feel confident there will be good things to come from this young man.

Update: It’s July 28th and the AC is still not fixed. Rats around the trash in broad daylight and gate has been broken for months now. I’ve been without functioning AC for 3 weeks, as of July 18 my air has completely gone out. The thermostat is showing 81 degrees at 6am and nobody cares or has a sense of urgency. I’ve put in MULTIPLE maintenance requests, i’ve submitted emergency maintenance requests to the leasing and corporate office this morning, NO ONE has reached out to me. I have to spend all weekend without air conditioning and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I’ve been told that they don’t have anymore window units, so an entire complex only has 1 window unit? When I spoke with maintenance, they let me know the AC units are from the 1990s and are just old, that’s why the apart

I have been living here for a couple years now and LOVE IT! Quiet and quaint. Ken has bee amazing since coming back recently. We appreciate the staff old and new! Great job.

Nifretta was amazing! She was so patient and helpful through the whole process of getting our apartment. She answered all our questions, kept us updated, and made sure everything went smoothly. You can tell she really cares about helping people. We’re so thankful for her and couldn’t have asked for a better leasing agent!

Toured this apartment today with Mr Ken, Wow! Great costumer service Ken and I really like these apartments. Downsizing and I think this is going to be perfect. Thanks for showing me around.
