Element at Celebration Pointe

Lived here for a 4 months so far and absolutely love it! Super happy with our space and management so far also. Have had no issues here maintenance wise and neighbor wise as well. Only con would be that it is pricey, but its brand new construction so you get what you pay for!

We've been living here since July, and we are very happy with the apartment and the support and service from the staff. We are very happy with the floor plan and the quality of materials in the apartment. We have lived in multiple apartments in Gainesville, and this is among the nicest we have experienced. Also, when we have needed something addressed by maintenance, they have been very prompt and efficient. We feel the value for what you get here is quite good.

My interactions with Chrissy were extremely disappointing at times. She assured me she would provide her personal contact to help resolve an issue, but instead gave me her work phone (I wouldn’t have minded which phone she gave but why lie?) and *never replied again*. I was completely Ignored. It’s one thing to say “we’ll help,” but another to actually do it. Residents depend on honesty and reliability, and unfortunately, that was not shown. I would strongly advise future tenants to get everything in writing when dealing with CMC employees, because promises over the phone mean very little here. Excellent place to live, the staff handles all questions and issues extremely fast and with excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for an apartment in the Gainesville area!

Overpriced and no individual leases. Don't waste your time.
