They came this morning and refinished my tub with the epoxy mix, per the code and standard procedure as the lead paint is dangerously toxic. The gentleman was very professional and informative and did a beautiful job on the tub. He sanded it down before he applied to epoxy mix, which is exactly what he was supposed to do! I can’t wait to take a hot, soothing bubble bath and relax in my newly refinished tub! Ms. Jacque made it happen again for the win!!! Now just waiting for my windows in bedroom to be replaced. 2 techs came by and said the same thing, that they needed to be replaced! The sooner the better because the gaps in between the window and the pane is altering the temperature in the house. James was awesome when he came to fix my heating unit. He also gave me the screen for my patio door and made sure my ice maker was working. The only thing now is I have been waiting for my tub to be refinished properly with epoxy bs lead paint (which is a severe health hazard ) since Nov, and now I’ve been seeing roaches come from the ceiling (not an infestation but a few here and there which is still too many for me) here lately so I’ve been waiting on the exterminator to come by. Other than a weird neighbor above me that complains about smoke that’s not coming from my unit, the place is great. It’s quiet and accommodating and the management staff is always helpful and on point.

James was excellent! He came in and fixed my faucets, brought two brand new ones, and got everything taken care of smoothly. He was professional, thorough, made sure everything was working perfectly before he left, and cleaned up after himself before leaving. He even asked if there were any other work orders he could take care of while he was there, which I really appreciated. I really appreciated his attention to detail and great attitude. Unfortunately i have had to live here for the past 3 years, & unfortunately every year is the same. they claim its a gated community but for 3 years now the gates do not work. they show this gorgeous pool on the website & that pool has been green for 3 years, no one ever cleans it. the wood on the stairs outside & on the balcony’s are filthy & moldy. you pay all this rent but everything you pay for DOES NOT WORK. its summer & i just want to enjoy the pool & instead i have to go to other peoples apartments to use their pool bc this one NEVER. GETS. CLEAN. its only 3 ft deep and you cant even see the bottom…. sickening.

Ive been here for 5yrs. Spoken to maintenance about switching out my stove since ive been here. Everytime they came they just patch it up and left. Finally got the chance to be heard. The supervisor pulled strings to make sure I was taken care of. Brand new stove was delivered and installed. Couldn't ask for better service. If you need things done at your apartment. Make sure you speak to Si to get it done. Thanks Si
