I sincerely and genuinely loved my experience living here. Melissa and staff go above and beyond to make living there enjoyable. You can not beat the location and amenities for the price. I’m writing this review to not only share my experience, but clarify confusion for future residents that there is guest parking, it’s just not in the same area where residents park.

Got towed from here with little to no signage while visiting a friend in the complex. They're probably getting a percentage of the tows. Hope their reviews are worth it. Don't move here if you have friends that drive. Trash business ethics. Tow yard damaged my vehicle and denied to fix it. Element 29 is truly shameful.

The worst building manager in Charleston. Sentinel does not care about tenants health or happiness nor addressing any serious building issues. An Aug 5th storm caused roof leaks into approx 8 apts. Our kitchen ceiling leaked and partially collapsed revealing extensive (existing/resulting) mold(SEE PICTURES). 7 plus months later and it is still not fixed. Meanwhile we live with a temporary patched ceiling covering the mold they refuse to acknoledge exists and their only response is, "we're working on it." Specific emailed questions are conveniently left answered by the building mgr. To confirm their short-sightened inconsideration towards tenants, our lease renewal included a rent increase! i wanted to get more information about this.Apartment complex but unfortunately, no one ever replied to me, which was a shame because I was really interested. my friend lives in the apartment complex.And he says that it's fair. Walking distance to many coffee shops and wine bars. i'm looking at this one and one other that I really, really like. Blum Coffee is near by and they saw a car latte and a keller, dirty chai, too. i wish somebody reaches out to me now.

Extremely rude and aggressive office staff, would recommend staying away from this building at all costs. No signs on some of their "private parking" and instead of acknowledging maybe that's the reason they tow so many cars from there, they blame everyone else saying everyone should know and somebody should have told me. Maybe if you just marked your private spots guests wouldn't park there on accident? No wonder the vast majority of the reviews on this page are negative and speak poorly of the staff here. They should be investigated for a predatory set up with the towing company.
