Electric Gardens Apartments

I’ve been living here for about a month and so far, it’s been a great experience. The location is super convenient, I feel safe in the building, and the property management has been very responsive. The views from the apartment are also a great bonus!

We have really appreciated our time living at Electric Gardens. The building is well designed with high-quality finishes and thoughtful touches. Its a great apartment building run by a great team of people at JROC - the management team has always been responsive and helpful. I can honestly say I've been impressed with every aspect of living here, its felt like home!

Really loving my experience at Electric Gardens! I just moved in recently and everything was seamless. I especially loved how the property manager was here to help me get set up, (delivered my packages to me even), and gave me free goodies. The best parts are: the access to the Tow Path, the dog friendly complex, and the quiet atmosphere. And it’s got THE best city skyline views! Really looking forward to staying here long term :)

i’ve lived here for over a year. I don’t have any complaints! there are so many amenities included that make living here special. a few things: i’ve never heard any of my neighbors during my time living here and I presume none of them hear me which is usually an issue in modern buildings i’ve lived in in the past. not here tho! the maintenance team is quick and responsive when you need something fixed, as well as discreet and courteous. they text you to when they plan to come in so you can be prepared. there are always free events the building puts on to build a sense of community. my favorite was the bouquet building one in december. I was able to surprise my gf with a beautiful gift of roses for free! the views from my apartment and the roof are unbeatable in tremont. the team here ha
