Electric City Apartments

I have loved living in a Martin Lofts apartment in the ElectriCity building. I have a 2-BR corner unit with great views and lots of light. Features and appliances are high quality and top-notch. Very comfortable apartment. What I love best about living right downtown is how much there is to do within walking distance of the apartments. Tons of great bars and restaurants. San Jacinto Plaza, the Plaza Theatre, and the El Paso Museum of Art are all short walks. Building management is very responsive to any maintenance requests and I have received needed repairs right away. As others have mentioned, it is often hard to get a quick response from Nadia, the rental agent and one must be persistent. My experience in this building has been great, I love my loft and the accommodation I’ve been given living here. Nadia helped me get situated and did everything she could. Teri is an excellent property manager, attentive and professional. They make me feel right at home. By far this is my favorite building I’ve lived in, wouldn’t trade it for any other place in the city.

I lived in the building with my boyfriend. We were completely disregarded the entire time we lived there. We could never get ahold of anyone. I repeatedly asked for a second key, because we were both on the lease I didn’t see that as an issue. However, after repeated calls , texts and emails over a six month period we moved out of there still sharing a key. Nadia and the building management doesn’t care about their job or a single resident in that building. This was a conversation starter in the building amongst my neighbors. We all had the same irritation. No action on any requests.

Trying to get into these apartments is like pulling teeth. (Not because the availability) But because of the customer service. Nadia sounds like she absolutely hates working there and is no help at all. I’ve been waiting for a application to be sent to me to get on waiting list and nothing. I can only imagine the service actually living there.

I been trying to get information for this apartments for over 3 months, I called several times and send forms through the website, finally when I was able to speak with Nadia she sounded like she didn't care at all, she asked for my email to send me the information cause apparently she was very busy, still I have receive nothing from her.
