Elan Redmond Apartments

We lived at Elan Redmond for almost 3 years and had a very positive experience living here! (We only moved because we purchased a home) After living in a couple different paces in Redmond and touring many more, we can confidently say that Elan is definitely a great place to live. Pros: - The staff are all very friendly and kind and communicative about any problems. - The building is in an exceptionally nice area, with the courtyard facing apartments being very peaceful and quiet most of the time. - The property is incredibly safe and secure. We never had any packages stolen or run-ins with hostile people. - Rent is very reasonable for the area. In our three years, even with the lightrail station opening right across the street, our rent only went up a maximum of 3% (vs other buildings in

Please avoid this place if you can. The rent might seem appealing at first, but the reality is very different. Most of the parking spots are too small to fit even a compact sedan, making parking a constant struggle. The biggest issue is the elevators: only one has been working for months, which means long waits and no option to reserve it for moving or deliveries. At one point, both elevators broke down, and while management fixed one within a couple of days, the other has been left broken for nearly three months with no timeline for repair. Management has been slow to respond to these problems, and overall the experience has been frustrating. For the rent they charge, the quality of living here just isn’t worth it.

I recently had the pleasure of touring Elan Redmond, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped onto the property, the level of care and attention to detail was apparent. Asmir meticulously maintains the grounds, ensuring that the landscaping and clean common areas create an inviting and upscale ambiance throughout the entire property. Kristy, the leasing agent conducting the tour was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and informative. She answered all my questions thoroughly and provided great insights about the community, amenities, and nearby attractions. I want to give shout-out to the maintenance staff, and to Asmir in particular. Over my 5+ years of living here he and his team delivered the best quality service. They were always able to promptly solve any problem that I had.

I have been residing at Elan for some time now. The location is amazing, and the management and maintenance teams are exceptional problem solvers. Asmir, in particular, is superb for his prompt assistance with any issue. He can actually understand the issue resident face and tries his level best to resolve it immediately.
