I love my new home. The office staff is awesome especially Jerry and Goldie. I know I worked their nerves with all the phone calls of updates. But when is process was final over. I was a Happy Camper coming out of a bad break-up these two made my transition easy. Thanks for all your help.

I would give 0 stars if i could. The office staff starts out nice then treats you like you're beneath them if an issue pops up. I needed a garage to be able to move in, i was assured there were several available and would be no issue. I spoke to 3 people 4 separate times over a week to show how important it was to me, and each time was given the same answer. I applied letting them know this was a non-negotiable for me. They originally denied me without reaching out asking for documents they needed and i told ahead of time that i could provide anything they required. I fought it and was back in the application process but they switched the apartment to a different one than which i applied. It was bigger for the same price, cool. Garbage: People are making the apartment look "trashy" by leaving their trash in front of the dumpster rather than actually throwing it away. Thank you maintenance crew for throwing away peoples garbage including their furniture. I'm sure that 1 hr/daily could be used productively but it's wasted taking care of "waste". People, please stop leaving your trash bags, furniture, and unwanted belongings in front of the dumpster. Take the extra minute and throw it inside the garbage. Playground: I would love for the playground to have an updated look that is appealing since the apartments are really pretty. It's wooden, has a lot of missing swings, a tire swing, the slides can be replaced or at least have a paint touch up (there's barely any paint on the slide), a fresh filing of wood chips

I arrived exactly on time for my apartment tour, but the staff member didn’t acknowledge me at all because he was helping other people. When I mentioned I had an appointment, he just said he was the only one working and to “bear with him,” without giving any idea of how long the wait would be. He suggested a self-tour by scanning a code on the door, which felt unprofessional. After all the reminder emails and texts they sent me, it was disappointing to see they didn’t take the appointment seriously themselves. I ended up leaving
