El Rancho Verde Apartments

Parents had a clogged sink today. Called maintenance and they came swiftly with little delay to help clear it up. The guys name was Elmer, he was helpful and quick. Mom really liked him and said he was kind. Thanks Elmer.

El Rancho Verde's maintenance team deserves high praise. The maintenance manager and maintenance staff consistently go above and beyond to keep the property in excellent condition. Whether it's routine upkeep or addressing unexpected issues, they're always quick to respond and thorough in their work. I've been impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitudes. The grounds are well-maintained, common areas are always clean, and they're proactive about preventative maintenance. Any time I've had a maintenance request, it's been handled promptly and effectively. The maintenance manager clearly runs a tight ship, and the entire team's dedication shows. They're a major asset to El Rancho Verde and a big reason why living here is such a pleasant experience.

El Rancho Verde in San Jose is the worst. Do not live here. Management is the worst. NO PARKING AT ALL, I always spend around 45 minutes looking for decent parking. You only get one parking spot, and one time someone was parked in my spot so I called towing, and they said that management let them go and did not have a permit to tow in the apartments anymore. They also let the security go, so now we don’t feel safe at all. They’re doing a renovation for every single apartment, which is ridiculous and a hassle for everyone. We have to leave for 2 weeks and look for a place to stay. Avoid this place at all costs. The new management will NEVER help you with anything.

Avoid living here if you can. Living at this apartment complex is alright but not worth it because the customer service lacks quality and they are very unorganized. They also reject anyone who needs to visit the office an hour before it closes. Everytime I have to go to the office, the waiting time is always long even if I come on time for a scheduled appointment. Additional parking spots are not guaranteed if you have more than one car in your household.

I feel that they accept all applications but only reas it if your of Asian descent. In over 8 years they have maybe allowed 4 or 5 other than Asians move in. I know of many that have been turned down or ignored from renting there. Low income is supposed to be for anyone that qualifies.
