Roaches are infested at these apartments. Don’t move here! You can clean and use every roach repellent you can, but some other tenants you live by are nasty as heck and will have their roaches go into your unit!

The apartments are in a convenient location at a fair price. Yes, rents have gone up, but rents have gone up everywhere. There are tenants that like to have a nice time and be a little loud at times, but for the most part it is on weekends which means that they are people that work during the week and are not looking for trouble stealing from others like it tends to happen in some other places. Inside the apartments, they are clean and functional. They are not fancy but can be comfortable. Tenants here tend to stay for a long time. If they were bad, they would be leaving as soon as their leases would end. They are good, just be a little open minded.

I lived here for many years and I’m sad to say these are not good apts. I wish they made renovations and rules. There’s people who play loud Hispanic music at night and get drunk. The outside of the apts looks like it’s rotting away. And with the rent increase idk if it’s worth to live here. Some of the neighbors leave their trash all over their front doors which sometimes goes to my door. It’s frustrating and sad.
