El Encanto

Don’t move here, we were told all the apartments had been remodeled and got shown a room they use to showcase what “all the rooms look like”. On move in day we got to see our actual room for the first time and it was horrible, they painted over everything instead of fixing the actual problems. It is the most outdated apartment complex in Yuma, equipped with an electric stove that is so old you can’t cook anything and if used be ready to burn down your apartment. You can’t wash your hands in the bathroom sink because the faucet sits so short it gets water everywhere but the sink. The water pressure goes out when showering, the AC has gone out 3 times in the span of 1-2 months. And forget about living on the first floor because you can hear even a bug crawl, it is ridiculous how loud it is,

Just moved in here (Nov. 1) and the staff is beyond any expectations! Very welcoming (like your mom on Christmas). Super helpful and more than happy to attend to your needs. I'm glad I chose this place to raise my children and love my wife.

Best apartments ever in Yuma , AZ . Very professional staff, maintenance is up to date. Very clean and safe. Loved the two years I lived over there , if I ever go back to work in Yuma. El Encanto will be the only choice.

The plumbing repair was made & completed within 2-3 hours of reporting it. Repairs or maintenance are always handled this way. The ladies in the office, Jennifer, Alex and Candie are excellent at coordinating repairs & are always available for follow up questions. Maintenance men are polite, friendly, helpful and respectful without fail. The young man that did this repair was no exception. Encanto has a terrific staff. Thank you for handling this repair in the usual excellent manner.

I moved to Arizona the first week of February 2024 and I was looking for an apartment to rent. After going through multiple listings and seeing many apartments I chose El Encanto. I called the rental office and talked to Candie. I had a lot of questions because I was moving to Arizona from out of state and I did not know the area at all. Candie answered all of my questions and made me an appointment to speak with her the following day. When I arrived at El Encanto for my appointment the first thing I noticed was how well maintained the property was, tress, grass, etc. Candy walked with me around the complex and showed me three different apartments I might like.
