El Dorado Apartments

Agree with the other tenant bad review, i moved in 2017 and everything was good and quiet, little by little new tenants arrived and everything started to go wrong, parties until 3am with the loud music, trash every where, kids running around the building all day sometimes til 10pm at night trashing the place, tenants renting the garage as a separate bedroom, several times at night people getting drunk and being loud, no respect for other peoples hours to sleep. Landlord said call me when this is happening, but she can even control them as the tenants curse and yell at her Disgusting people with bad attitudes.

When we first moved in neighbors were nice and place was kept decently. Now filled with sketchy tenants who sublet their garages, leave trash everywhere and smoke. Hope you like bass ranchera music reverberating all day. Now there are roaches in the units and the landlords don’t do anything. Very hard to communicate with, though they’ll still happily cash your check. Would avoid, we’ll be leaving soon.
