El Cortez

My wife and I have lived at El Cortez in Winter Park, Florida for almost a year and it is a great place to hang your hat so to speak. Colleen is the manager at this property and she does a great job at facilitating any problems or concerns the residents may have. When we first moved here we lived in a unit that didn't really suit are needs, so Colleen immediately made accommodations for us to move into another building that ended up being much better for our family. It is so nice being able to walk outside and be right on Park Avenue where we can go get coffee or stroll in the park. The rent is actually very inexpensive as well, so I suggest checking it out. It is mainly a younger crowd here, but it can be good for people of all ages

Location is great and for how old the building is, it is liveable besides the occasional bugs that enters through the pipes. But Ken is such a great maintenance guy and Richelle has always been so responsive and gave genuine care throughout the leasing process.

Step back in time in these charming, 120 year old apartments which used to be part of a schoolhouse many years ago! If you love the feel of yesterday, with original hardwood floors and clawfoot tubs, then these charming apartments may be just right for you! This is a pretty decent place. I loved being so close to many restaurants and small businesses. This property is older but the management was very quick to assist with any repairs or maintenance. Colleen, the property manager, is absolutely wonderful! She always made herself available and helped out with any issue. Richard in maintenance is fantastic as well. He was quick, efficient, and always went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

I really enjoy living El Cortez! I moved in, the begging of 2018 and have loved Winter Park and the location the most. Everything is in walking distance it is GREAT. Colleen was sooooo helpful with the paper work process of moving in, she was so pleasant and answered my 100,000 emails all in a timely manner. Richard the grounds keeper is always very quick to help with any maintenance.
