They hired a predatory tow truck company who would come and shake down residents and their guests. Refused to do anything about it and actively supported the harassment of the residents.

I would like to personally thank Natasha from the association office and Diego the handyman for being extremely understanding when our power went out in our unit. They were able to reset our breaker in the breaker room and restore our power without hesitation. This is professionalism at its finest. Hats off to these two! Also would Like to thank Natasha for always being sensitive to our needs and always being a phone call away. She is absolutely amazing as well. If I could give this place no stars I absolutely would. I am completely appalled at the lack of training, disrespect, entitlement and most importantly discrimination this place holds. After living here for about a month and a half, I have had trouble accessing through the gate. Not only the sticker on my vehicle was not working, but the day I had to move-in the code was not working at all. I had made several attempts to reach out to the leasing office and nobody was ever there and neither to answer any of my phone calls. Their gates are not ever in good working condition and there is nobody on site to contact when you need access. You never know how good a management/HOA is until you move somewhere else. Never had any issues with the office, I would get in contact after hours and had a reply within minutes which I very much appreciated. Management is super pro active here in sending emails and notices which I liked because I like to live in a place where rules are enforced. Grass was always kept nice and short, hallways were power washed, etc. It wasn’t the most perfect place to live but it was good. Other than having annoying neighbors blast music and parking not being assigned, I enjoyed living here.

I went by this complex looking for an apartment. To my surprise as I walked in, the manager was yelling at a residence. From what I overheard the resident was complaining about plumbing issues. The manager then told her your pipes are not an emergency. She was super rude, that was my clear answer that this complex was not for me and I walked right out.
