Ekos City Heights Apartments

Great place to live. EKOS City Heights Apartments are well maintained, and you can really tell they are constantly updating and renovating the spaces. The unit is always very clean, and it always smells fresh, which makes a big difference 👌

Everyone here is really friendly and helpful. Everytime I have something I can just come in and my issues are resolved in no time. And there's been time when I needed a day or 2 to pay rent and they let me. The Manager Delma Coronel, and the team members Naidelyn Barron and Brandon Gil are always ready to help and always greet us with a bright smile and a greeting.

My experience has been great at Ekos city Heights. The move in process was simple. Mrs. Delma assisted me throughout the process. She has been amazing when it comes to any concerns I have. The maintenance guy is very friendly and fixes things quickly. I like the property is smaller and very walkable.

My father lives there and i worry about his health especially him working a full time job, he was promised a unit on the 1st floor when he first put in an application and was accepted. Since then he was put on the highest floor which had plumbing issues causing him to come home to a flooded toilet and water everywhere. Elevators would be down alot causing him and others whom need lower level units to walk up the stairs. Since moving in the gym is no longer accessible they want all residents to show proof of ID and i believe the computer systems were hacked causing system errors. Overall i wouldn't recommend this place for anyone 55+ or loved ones needing secure and social friendly services.

Delma has improved life at Ekos! She is warm, concerned and takes care of business! Things are safer, cleaner and more enjoyable since she started as manager.
